I recently stayed at Lawendowy Zdroj - Sanatorium Medyczne & Spa for a family holiday and we had a fantastic time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. The themed rooms were a pleasant surprise, with a nice, elegant and clean design that exceeded our expectations. The hotel's Medical and Spa center was top-notch, offering a range of treatments at reasonable prices. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy, providing a great start to the day. I highly recommend Lawendowy Zdroj - Sanatorium Medyczne & Spa.

The themed rooms are slightly tacky, the bathroom was dirty even after changing the room, and the breakfast offered was very poor with limited options and extra cost for coffee drinks. Although the staff was friendly, overall the service wasn't satisfying.

Another plus was the central location, which allowed us to explore the nearby attractions easily. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back.

The only downside of our experience was the lack of secure parking. We had to use the unguarded parking behind the hotel, which made us a bit uneasy.

Just returned from a business trip to this amazing hotel. Loved the themed rooms, they are better than the pictures online. Staff is friendly, kind, and helpful, just what I needed after a long day of meetings. the spa area is fantastic, with great prices for facials and massages. Breakfast is yummy, with fresh fruit, cheeses, and eggs cooked the way I like them. Location is perfect, close to everything I needed, and the wifi was fast and reliable.
